Bcdkey (operated by SPARLESOFT LTD) sells digital software licence keys only. We don’t ship physical products, so there are no shipping costs and we deliver worldwide.

1. How Your Product Is Delivered

  • By email: your product key is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
  • In your account: you can also find your key under My Account → Orders.
  • Shipping cost: free. There are no delivery or handling fees on any order.
  • Delivery area: worldwide. Please check any regional restrictions on the product page before buying.

2. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered instantly, usually within minutes of your payment being confirmed.

Some orders can take longer, for example when:

  • A payment needs extra time to be confirmed (such as bank transfers or cryptocurrency payments).
  • An order is selected for a security or fraud check. We may ask you to verify your identity or payment before delivery.
  • A product is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock. In that case, we’ll let you know the expected delivery time.

If your key hasn’t arrived, check your spam or junk folder first, then use Track Order or open a support ticket.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • eWallets, Revolut and bank transfer
  • Alipay and other local payment methods (where available)
  • Cryptocurrency (via Cryptomus)
  • Bcdkey Wallet balance

Available methods can vary by country and order amount. You’ll see all options available to you at checkout.

4. Prices and Currency

  • Prices can be shown in EUR, USD or GBP. Use the currency switcher to choose your preferred currency.
  • The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. There are no added shipping fees.
  • Your bank or card provider may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are outside our control.

5. Bank Statement Name

Payments may be processed by our payment and distribution partners. Your bank statement may therefore show a partner’s name, such as 1D3 DIGITECH OÜ (our authorized global distributor) or the relevant payment provider, instead of “Bcdkey”.

6. Payment Security

All payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We don’t store your full card details on our servers.

7. Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may review any order before delivery. If we can’t verify an order, we may cancel it and refund the payment in full.

8. Order Problems and Refunds

If your key doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll help. Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund Policy.
